Villa Viridiana is a two bedroom villa surrounded by the unspoilt natural environment of Punta Chia. The view of the sand dunes and the sea of Chia is spectacular and the Pitch & Putt golf course borders with the house. There are two bedrooms, a double room and a twin room and two shower rooms.

Villa Peonia is set on the side of a hill in a location called Poggio Marino Ovest, behind the Hotel Village which is, among other hotels, part of the Chia Laguna Resort. This is an elegant two bedroom villa with a double and a twin bedroom and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). There is a living room with open plan kitchen leading to a nice terrace, with an outdoor Jacuzzi, that overlooks the sea and valley below. Through a pathway with steps you can reach the villa. The white sandy beaches are only a short drive away. A comfortable villa for a relaxing holiday.
