This recently built and elegantly furnished villa has a spectacular view of the Bay of Chia and the Golf course of the Chia Laguna Resort (used for practice). The reception of the Village Hotel (one of the hotels of the Chia Laguna Resort) and the stop of the train for the Dune di Campana beach are about 80/100 metres away (the beach is about 700/800 metres away and it is possible to walk there in about 5 or 10 minutes). There are three bedrooms (two double and one with two sets of bunk beds), two bathrooms with a shower and a large living room with a kitchen unit.
